Selection
Our professional staff will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your new floor as well as assist you in the selection of the hundreds of styles and colors of the different flooring types. Each of our sales staff have been selected to represent Bob’s Carpet Mart based upon the depth of knowledge and the dedication to customer satisfaction. Bob’s Carpet Mart offers continuing education to enhance the knowledge of our people to the ever changing styles, trends and technology of the flooring industry.
Installation Process
Our installation crews are dedicated to provide prompt, courteous and professional services to you. Once the measurements have been taken, your order will be placed with the manufacturer. Once your entire product selection has been received, your installation date will be scheduled. You will receive a “Get Ready Checklist” at the time of purchase. This will let you know about some of the things that should be done to prepare for the day of installation. Once your new flooring has been installed, our crew will leave you with a smile.
Performance
Bob’s Carpet Mart warrants the installation of your new flooring for a full 2 years (1 year on commercial installations). If there is ever a concern with the quality or performance of the flooring itself, we will contact the manufacturer for you. Just call us at 800-228-BOBS (2627) Bob’s is recognized as one of the top flooring retailers in the United States. As such, several manufacturers provide extended warranties on the products purchased from us. Please ask your sales consultant for additional information.
